Banking Software

Basically what I want the software to do is to maintain accounts for some of my clients who need to have a periodic sum of money withdrawn from there bank account. All I want to have to do is place their accout number and use a chart of accounts ledger to track what the deductions are. I would also like it to send an automatic invoice to the clients. Here is an example: Say I have a client who pays rent in one of my commercial office buildings. When she signed the lease, she gave me her account number so that I can deduct the monthly rent from it it. I go to the software that you will create for me and and set up an account for her. I then input all her information and her bank account information. Ill have her sign a legal agreement (in which my attorney will take care of) saying we can deduct a payment of $1,200 on the 1st and 15th of every month. Paypal has a similar service and thats what I want it to mimic. I want my clients to be able to go online set up an account using the program you create and set it up with their customers who have a payment plan. Every time the transaction date approaches it notifies the customer of the amount that will be deducted form their bank account. Then on the day the payment is due it automatically sends a report to both the customer and client. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would like the software to be a web-based software my team can use to on the go. Like I said I like the re-accuring system and platform that [login to view URL] uses for there direct billing process. The software will directly withdraw an amount from a checking or creditcard account on a monthly basis. I would like there to be an invoice for each personal account set up. And allow my memebers to up loan there files to quicken and quickbooks.
