Application Printer Layout CSS

Sounds complicated but it's really easy! I have 2 job applications in MS Word that need to be converted to CSS html pages - but ONLY the fields - not the whole document. The CSS page you create should be able to be used as template that will printed out back on the original application. For example if the MS Word job application says: First: Last: You would create a css layout that simple placed: Sample Sample Thats it! There are many fields and you have to layout them all out but it should be simple. I have 2 applications that I will provide if you need for bidding (just let me know) Few recaps: Each field should line up so it can be printed back onto the supplied application in word. For example, if you print out several copies of the "Application" and load them back into the printer - the CSS page you create must be able to perfectly print out the fields back onto the original application. I will provide a list of fields to be aligned and I will provide sample data. Oh and the page needs top and left margins. This bid is only for the CSS layout page with sample data that can print out onto the application. I will update the CSS to be populated with database stuff later. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform html web
