Active Desktop/ Scrolling ASP

If you're on RAC, then you know this cool tool, adding the RAC scrolling newest bids window to Active Desktop! We need the same toolset added to our web services. We run a real estate site with stored preferences for homeseekers here's and example.. [login to view URL] Please sub the 'XX' above. bloody RAC! Please note that we need the 20 top listings as the scrolling contents (currently sorted by latest on market) home thumbnails and a few lines of description links to the detail page as-is. The consumer, authenticated already via log-in (thus the office, client and email id) needs to be able to setup their personalized active desktop. We want this to refresh every 30 minutes (and the refresh be controlled by us) and, unlike RAC, we want to make it easy for them to move this around their desktop. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
