The scope of this project is to create account administration pages for a website. The site consists of 4 user types and thus will need 4 different but similar administration areas. The login portion is completed and uses forms based authentication with roles based authorization.
The administration pages will need to be coded is ASP.NET using VB.NET. They will require editable data grids for updates made to a text listing stored in an SQL database. The coder will have to use the customers login name that is transferred via the login page to pull all info pertaining to the customer from the database and display it on the page for them to view and possibly edit (mockups will be provided of page layout as well as a database diagram).
There will also be an admin portion to this site for use to administer all listing in the database as well as add new listing from a temp table of new customers (mockups will also be provided for this section).
In detail descriptions of project and layout will be provided as well as all relevant and needed code on the existing site. Coders need to be extremely knowledgeable in this subject matter as well as handle all business with a professional demeanor. Happy bidding!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Pages need to have cross browser compatibility and operate on all operating systems.
