ACCOUNTING APPLICATION

This project is all about producing a piece of software that will deal with a small banking setup. The bank deals with small to medium businesses, however there will be no mention of this, apart from when it comes to user defined transaction types such as business expenses BANK APPLICATION Software Development Tools VISUAL BASIC 6 Microsoft Access Database Platform: Windows 2000 Compliant System Requirements 1) A relational database of a likeness used in the banking industry, e.g. Customers, Accounts, Transactions, Payment Methods etc. 2) System can only be used by authorised users, user information stored in database 3) All information is stored in the database encrypted i.e. after verifying data added in VB Form it is encrypted then stored into database, when this is to be displayed the data is decypted then displayed. This can be done with a simple encryption key 4) All user activity in the system is logged i.e. Adding an account, Editing Account information, making transactions etc 5) Allow transactions to be placed into user defined transaction list i.e. business expensives, family expenses 6) Making use of reporting i.e. a statement of account transactions like a bank statement, which can also be grouped into the specified user defined groups. System should be off a nice layout and be easy to use and code should be well commented.
