Census Data Extraction

I am looking for someone who has experience querying the US Census database to pull some data for a new project. We need 8 pieces of data queried by city, by county, and by state. An example of one of the pieces of data is average home price. We will reveal the other 7 pieces of data we need pulled to qualified bidders. Data should be added to our current MySQL database of cities on our site so that a query of a city brings up the correct information for that city. We will provide access to our site as well as our database of cities to the winning bidder.
