Our online store - [login to view URL] - is in need of data entrists. There are currently over 5000 products that we need uploaded onto our site, and we are willing to pay $1 per product if the data entrist is able to take the name and price of the product and upload the rest of the information. This is not basic data entry, as it requires more than simple text insertion or copying. Thus, this job could pay $5000 if all 5000 products are uploaded. Bonuses will also be included. We are currently using an osCommerce store front (PHP) with a mySQL database. Thus, products either need to be uploaded directly via the osCommerce admin panel or through a bulk loader of the coder's discretion. ## Deliverables Currently, product uploading requires the following: We provide: - The name, manufacturer, category, tax status, fuel grade (if applicable), volume discounts (if applicable), product attribute pricing (if necessary) weight and net price of the product You need to locate/upload: - MSRP - Product Description This is the most difficult part of the upload process. We are currently using Dreamweaver to create our product descriptions, and are then uploading this code into the "product description" section of the osCommerce admin panel. This product description is all HTML code, so any HTML editor can be used. There are several sections of the product description template. We'll provide you with the template, you simply have to insert text/photos into the corresponding sections of the template. These sections include: a)Description - one paragraph summary and/or bullet points outlining the most important info about the product b)Breakdown - additional, more detailed information on the product for those consumers seeking more specifics c)Fuel Grade - we give you the grade numbers, you simply have to enter them as such d)Nutritional Information (in picture or text form) e)Ingredient List (if included in above table, then not necessary) f)Suggested Use (usually provided by manufacturer, if not, then we will provide info) g)Warnings (if applicable) - META Tags (title, description and keyword) The title meta tag is simply the full name of the product (name of manufacturer, name of product, size, flavor - with no commas obviously). The description meta tag is simply the description of the product as entered into the product template. The keywords are again, simply the name of the product with the addition of the product category (i.e. protein powder, vitamins, etc) - Product Images (small, medium, large) A picture of the product needs to be found on the internet (usually from the manufacturer's website), downloaded and then converted into three different sizes (100x100, 225x225 and 350x350). The Fit Fuel logo then needs to be applied over the image and they need to be uploaded. - Other Product Images If the product has multiple flavors, and only one product page is being listed for that product (the other flavors are simply listed at the top of the page via the attribute drop-down), then up to six pictures of the other flavors should be uploaded (if the pictures of these other flavors are listed). One small and one picture of each up to six other flavors can be uploaded, for a total of 12 pictures. The small size is 100x100 and the large size is 350x350. - Product URL You must list the URL of the product manufacturer. - Attributes If the product has multiple flavors/sizes, than you need to include the attributes for each product. If the prices of the other sizes/flavors are different than the net price we provide you, then we will also give you these prices. If the flavors require no additional price information, then you will just have to upload the attributes. That's it! All products need to be uploaded as specified, and ready for sale online for a product to be considered "complete". ## Platform osCommerce store front, mySQL database (PHP)
