Contact Information of Key Executives

We have a list of 5 U.S. companies for which we need to find out the contact information of the person in that company who is responsible for handling mergers & acquisitions (i.e. determining whether or not to acquire another company for strategic reasons). This may sometimes be the CEO of the company, or it could also be a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or a person with some other designation. You'll need to find out the phone number of the company's headquarters (maybe from their web site), call up the company, and ask the receptionist/gatekeeper as to who in her company is responsible for handling mergers & acquisitions. You need to get the person's name, extension number and email address and put it in a spreadsheet and send it to us. We need a service provider who is based in the U.S. or Canada and has prior experience in calling up large companies and either getting past gatekeepers or convincing gatekeepers to provide the contact information of top executives. This is some sort of an inital screening project to enable us to find a suitable service provider who can do this for us on a long-term basis. Once you are through with the 5 companies, and assuming we are satisfied with the output, we'll be immediately giving you another project involving finding the contact information of key executives for a much larger list of companies. In your bid, please include what you will charge for the first 5 companies. Also, in a PMB, please mention what sort of prior experience you have in similar tasks involving calling up large companies and getting contact information of top executives from the gatekeeper (i.e. provide examples of past successes in such activities). ## Deliverables 1) Spreadsheet containing the name and contact information of the concerned executive in those 5 companies. ## Platform N/A
