Append Case Citations

I need a script that will take one line of text from a Word document and paste it into an existing html document in the correct place. The edited html document needs to be saved in its current format, not as a Word html document. There are 10,830 files to edit. If you are interested, I can supply samples as well as a detailed process and naming convention.
