Hello,
I am looking for a complete guide to the game of cricket. This will be a reference for 'arm chair' fans of cricket and amateur players.
The contents should include the following
- the basics
- equipment
- the field and fielding positions
- the play
- scoring runs
- ways to get out
- officials
- extras
- the bowling action and different types of bowling
- fielding
- injuries and substitutions
- adverse weather conditions and how it effects the game
- umpires signal
- the two forms of cricket (test cricket and one-day cricket)
- strategies, tactics and statistical trivia
- batsman's shots
- teams which play cricket
- a profile of the current 2004/05 Australian cricket team
I would like the final product to be in MS Word and PDF and if possible with colour pictures and or illustration to accompany the text i.e. a picture of a cricket field with the field positions. Other pictures with the bowling grips etc.
Many thanks,
David
