Create and upload Moodle courses

I have a moodle-based LMS at [login to view URL] I need full courses added, to include multiple modules, use of the already-installed certificate module and one or more quizzes. The courses must be complete, well written and easy to navigate. They must look professional, and work in function similar to the existing courses on the site. That means that the education modules can't just be powerpoint, but some form of CBT. Personally, I used the FREE authorpoint to convert my powerpoint presentation to a CBT presentation. The presentations should include the instructional module, plus supporting resources, if required. Courses I need include: written communication public speaking basic office applications computer crime intro to Computer and network security intro to physical security multimedia design concepts Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) DoD OPSEC Regulation (DoD, Army, Navy, etc) OPSEC at home I WILL BE HIRING MORE THAN ONE CODER. So please let me know WHICH courses you can create, and how much you would charge for those ones only. If you want to bid for ALL of them, that's fine, too, but please let me know which you will do, and how much for those ones. Preference goes towards those with Moodle experience. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Internet Explorer, Firefox
