Hello. For this project, I have an existing PSD and a backup of a Joomla site. I don't care for Joomla, and would prefer to program a custom PHP site - as we can then manage how the admin section looks and works. The Joomla interface and wording will be far too complicated for my client. Please see the attached outline for the requirements for this project. Thanks for looking. I think this project can be done in WP instead of Joomla or other custom coding. It is not difficult to maintain WP site and the features you are request can be dealt with easily in WP.
