Design changes and image problems in a magento store

I have a magento community online store. I do have problems with my listings there, the way the main pictures are showing. Main pictures needs to be centered and with some kind of border so they look good, also in the product details page when you click on the different images they are moving a little bit - that has to be fixed too. And when I say fix, I mean you have to enter the website and do what you have to with coding, use a new extension or whatever to fix these problems!!! Also you will have to change the look of my home page - /I will give you the design/ replace my old banners with new, replace my logo,move a few things around. Most likely you will have to change the footer and header colors of the website. And last thing - really simple, you have to add one info page in my footer menu "Payment methods" I will give you the text and to change the name of one other page. I need this done within the next 2-3 days max. Please do not bid if you can't start work immediately and finish fast! Otherwise there will be 15% penalty out of our final agreement for this job for every day you are delayed due to your fault. Please bid only if you accept these terms.
