Clone EuroPass CV (repost) - wizard+pdf only

If you are not expert in PHP/Jquery/Mysql, please do not bid. I need get clone the EuroPass CV and export to PDF exactly same to the EuroPass CV ([Create your Europass CV online now][1]) detailed on this URL: <http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/europass/home/vernav/Europass+Documents/Europass+[login to view URL]> This CV wizard must run on a Thickbox using jQuery, PHP, MySQL. Quality design with CSS is must. The online wizard and export pdf should be in english with support of other language as well. (Provide resource file with XML). The CV can be updated at any time by a logged-in user. Every Form of the wizard needs to be stored / updated in the MySQL database. The logged-in user can create/delete/edit this CV.
