CMS for Biking in Iceland

Hello, I am in need of a very simple CMS for the website http://BikingInIceland.com. Please go there to view before you bid. The primary matter is to be able to add content to the site's listings through the CMS, for the site to store its own comments and ratings on added content, and the ability to sort content by ratings or comments or date added, etc. Show/hide functionality must also be present for bike rentals, and all admin text input fields must accept html. In your bid, please state if you would use an already available CMS, and if so, which and why, or if you would write your own code, and if so, why. Please note that systematic bidders who do not address matters in the previous paragraph directly will be ignored, especially those who provide me with long lists of projects completed, splendid GAF ratings notwithstanding.
