CMS for a web, 3 modules

Its for a company website. we have to do the CMS in PHP for: -Home News news on homepage, news headlines with dates, clickable to their full version. -Press a) on the right section, News, same as home news, they should be both the same news. b) for the press releases on the right section, simply an image, title and date for each one. this should be linkable to a PDF file. -Products on the left, products list should be flexible, an option to add or remove or edit this list. on click, it will go to its product page, try to click on the first one. so each product his its subpage, with a small text, and some images. Files will be provided upon an agreement.
