I am working with a PIC microcontroller 18F452. I'm using the CCS compiler. I give this information just in case anyone is familiar with this. However, the program can be written , compiled in any platform as long as it is in C.
I need a C routine which converts seconds since 1/1/1980 to month, day, year, hour , seconds.
**The program can't use any library routines as I am working with a microcontroller.**
Therefore, the program will:
1. Read a 32 bit number which will be the number of seconds since 1980.
2. Convert this number to Month, Day, Year, Hour, Seconds.
3. It would be great to have each of the Month , Day, Year, Hour, Seconds, in its own INT variable.
This is it. Thank you,
Gary P. Font
