dll to run programs plus running vb.net projects

What I need is a dll created in .net. This dll should have the following methods: 1. openprogram(path) this should run the program specified by the path. If the path is a txt for example, then it should open and run with the extension registered which in this case would most likely be notepad. if the extension is an exe, then will run the exe and that's it. 2. runproject(path) this should open the project specified by the path and also run it as well. this would be used in cases where i am on one project and i need from that one to open another project and run it. the second one needs to first open the project (not exe) then it needs to run it. the name of the dll should be openfiles. the class can have any name you can think of. that would be the only class it would have. ## Deliverables The compiled dll and the source code for the dll. Can be in any .net language. The final results needs to be the .net assembly with no references to COM at all. ## Platform Windows XP Home Edition.
