disable new windows when projecting

Utility which would run all the time (as a service?) on my business laptop which would disable opening of new windows on my laptop when I am projecting to an external monitor/projector through my VGA port. Each time an app tried to open a new window (e.g., Outlook calendar appointment reminder, or a new instant message from a friend using AOL IM or MSN IM), it would simply create a tiny 16x16 bit graphic in the bottom right corner of my screen. If I clicked that graphic, it would then allow the new window to open. ## Deliverables 1) Complete program with documented C++ or C# source code. (No other languages accepted.) 2) Install and uninstall. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP
