Description:Design and code a class "BinaryFile", and its driver for processing student records. Each record consists of studID, studName and GPA. Valid range for each field is: studID (11-99), studName (A-Z, a-z, " ", and fixed field with 20 char), and GPA (0.0-4.0). Format of each record is: id (space) name (20 char) (space) GPA.
At the beginning of output file print all invalid records with on of the following message:

? Invalid Name
? Invalid GPA
? Invalid Id & Name
? Invalid Id & GPA
? Invalid Name & GPA
? Invalid Id, Name & GPA
Create an empty binary file of size with 20 records. Insert valid records into this binary file with h(k) = key % 19. Read this binary file sequentially and write the records in a output file (text file) for empty space write "Empty Record". Read this binary file randomly and print the nonempty records 30 times and add these records to the end of output file (text file).
For all input and out files opening or closing failure displays a message.
