C# Form-Resize flickering problem

I have a C# Application that flickers when I resize it's borders. The FormBorderStyle is set to None because I am displaying my own image for the titlebar, left & right borders and statusbar. I'm simply moving these images when the form is resized but I'm getting too much flicker. The Winning bidder needs to: 1. Stop this flickering from happening. You could use doublebuffering or bitblt perhaps? or even maybe ownerdraw the titlebar and borders? Let me know how you propose to go about fixing this issue when you bid.
