Hi,
I`m owner of two websites, one for image hosting and one for file hosting and for this websites I need somebody who can create desktop standalone application (no installations) and also no need for .net framework or other, must work on any standard windows pc (98, xp, vista, 7), also, need to be attractive in design part and, I thinking that I don`t need to write this but..., MUST WORK WITHOUT PROBLEMS....
My users will use this application for image/file uploads without visiting my websites...I need something like this:
[login to view URL], this application uploading images to many image hosts but need .net framework to work...also, I need similar functions but design need to be better and must be easy for use, this application is not easy for use for all visitors...

This application using standard upload forms, for my application we`ll create some simple API in cooperation with you...
Application will POST images to servers, will not use FTP...
If you already finished similar projects that will be great!

My company does a lot of PHP, HTML and Delphi development, HTTP POST of images is something we have done quite a lot of in recent years. Happy to help and can provide very quick delivery of source and app.
i have made the same program uploading video files to www.powerchalk.com. The uploading is done using http using multipart-form. If you want the sample i can send it to you.
