A cross platform Flash Player implementation written in C++. The programmer can use GameSWF or other third party library and wrap all the library to be fully cross platform with 3D and Sound abstracted, following an interface similar to the design file attached.
Need to handle Flash 7, basic action script, multiple instances of flash clips with flexible 3D and Sound output, keyboard / mouse input. Handle sprite based text, text indirection (for multi languages), heavy memory and speed optimizations, callback system, anti aliasing, jpeg images and all the basic Flash features for use in a forthcoming video game UI, tutorial, intros and cinematics system.
Very rewarding work as the library will be used for a forthcoming multiplatform 3D game on all platforms!

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Cross platform (STL and all dependencies should be included in the work & Cross Platform).
Platforms in developpment: VC Compilers, GCC compilers on the following: PC, PSP, Wii, Xbox 360, Xbox 1, PS2, PS3.
A VC 2003, 2005 and GCC compilation is enough to prove the code is multi platforms.
All dependencies should be delivered with the package (jpeglib, ...).
