Compile Php5 WITHOUT suhosin! Ubunto Rackspace Server

I need someone who is an expert in compiling from source for ubunto 11.10 and can disable Suhosin. Suhosin is a mod that adds security, but it's interfering with my cakePHP 2.0 build causing random crashes and needs to be removed. I'm a programmer on here and am stuck since this goes outside my skill level. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure this is easy for someone to do with the experience, easy 10 rating. This will NOT work by changing suhosin.simulation=on in the [login to view URL] file, because suhosin is compiled into the source it's self for php and that only affects the extention, we have tried that easy fix so far. So please do not bid if this was your plan. Thanks!
