Coder(s) for Outsourcing of Software Development needed (long term) we are looking for a coder or a group of oders we can assign the production of our new application to. We will pay you on a hourly rate and the contract will last at least for 6 months. If the software succeeds, you will continuously take on the further development largely autonomous. So we really look for someone who will be available for us long term to care for our new tool and is interested in a creative work with his own ideas about things should be done and problems can be solved. W ealready have a plan abou the first version of the tool and will take on development of the plans step by step in coordination with you. You will need to have very good skills in LAMP and multithreaded Desktop-Software development as well GUI-design. We will need to have contact on a almost daily basis so contact per Skype or at best video-chat will be needed. **Please place a bid with your RATE PER HOUR. Payment can be done thru Rentacoder.** Best regards Jan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
