Cable Descrambler Software

This program should descramble american cable TV and work with NTSC, there are programs that descramble european cable systems, this program should be similar to them. The program could use the Bt848/Bt878-Chip (ie. Hauppauge WinTV, Miro PCTV) or some other means to descramble. Resolutions of 800x600 and 1024x768 should be supported. I don't know if this is actually possible, please submit your feedback. The program should be simple, easy to use and made with VB or VC++. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done
