Browser-Related Code Needed

For a Internet Explorer related application program, I need code that will delete all IE history entries that were last accessed after a specific time. Your routine will be supplied the time by my program. Note that you may NOT use the DeleteURL method from the IE API to do this. Nor may you simply delete the actual files in the history folder. Instead, you must use IE's functions to perform the deletion. (But not the DeleteURL function.) For example, you could obtain the Last accessed date for a History entry, from its PIDL. (This task implies enumerating History items using the IShellFolder and IEnumIDList interfaces) Or, you could obtain a PIDL from a STATURL. (This structure is used when enumerating history items using the IEnumSTATURL and IUrlHistoryStg interfaces) Any one method would be fine. If you want to suggest several possible alternatives, that might be helpful as well. In your bid proposal, please give a general idea of the manner you would go about solving the problem. We will, of course, need finished source code in the final version.
