Battle ship game

1.) The game MUST have color!! For example, your "You sunk my BATTLESHIP!!" should be in a color other than white. 2.) It is a TWO player game!! The game must ask for the players name, them display them to determine who&'s turn it is. 3.) To be nice, I am asking that you only have to program for 3 ships, a battle ship (4 elements of a matrix), a carrier (5 elements of a matrix) and a submarine ( 3 elements). And ships can only be placed left to right, or up to down, NOT diagonally!! 4.) The size of the board (matrix) is 8 * 8. 5.) The PLAYER will TYPE in the coordinates to fire at. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 6.) After each turn, the board should appear, and it should show where hits and misses have been occurred. (Both should be on the same screen.) The game SHOULD END WHEN ALL OF AN OPPONENTS SHIPS HAVE BEEN SUNK ! 8.) When there is a HIT scored, have a screen to display this!! (Make it a little exciting!!) 9.) After each shot, the screen should pause, so the other player can&'t see the opponents ships. You can use #7 as part of that specifications. Other programming specifications: 1.) You must an example of a matrix, (may use more than one). 2.) You must use the 6 sections of a program described in your notes. 3.) Again, use color where appropriate. 4.) Comment your code!! 5.) In THIS project, error checking IS NOT manditory. YOU MAY ASSUME THAT THE USER WILL PLACE THE DATA/COORDINATES CORRECTLY!!
