| I need a **windows program** or **web based php script** to modify static html/php pages. I want to update html/content then resave it with a new filename. Will need form fields to update/remove/change the file.
**Would need to:**
1) remove dreamweaver template and library item code (if there)
2) update links/images/css/etc from "file" to "../file"
3) change/update H tags
4) change/update title tag
5) change/update meta tags (keyword, description)
6) change/update the body copy (which may be in different cells or tables)
I **DO NOT** need WYSIWYG editing, but I do need a way to break down the content that is in table td's so it is readable (not show any html code).
The final webpage will use the same images and css as the original. I am mainly looking for a way a non-web designer can easily update ONE webpage's main html tags and content only. **IT IS IMPORTANT THAT A NON WEB DESIGNER CAN EASILY USE IT.

I don't want to be able to edit any navigation menus, links URLS, images, tables or layouts. These would stay the same except for having (../) added where needed.
The main need is to edit and remove text inside table TD's, and edit the title, metatags and H tags. I DO NOT need a visual reference of where the text is located on the page - just a bunch of textareas will be fine. Something low-end and form based. Does not have to look pretty. |
