Audio File Conversion

We need VC++ application developed to convert between VOX, WAV and MP3 formats force and back. It should support all versions of WAV files and we should be able to specify bit resolutions, sample rates, and channels of audio before conversion. Program should not use any third-part components to do the conversion. Conversion should be done quickly. For example, if .wav file takes 10 minutes to play, conversion between formats should be done within few seconds. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source compilable code of all work done. 2) Application must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" and buyer will own source code all copyrights to the application and its source code. ## Platform Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003
