Aim to AOL bot

I need an aim to aol chat bot. This is a two part project. First first part is the collecting. I need the collector to collect from [login to view URL], but ONLY online users. Then after the sender requests names from the collector, the collector sends the names to the sender. The sender needs to be multisocketed and must utilize the oscar protocol. There are some anti filter options I need but that can be done later. So again, I need an aim to aol sender which collects only online users from [login to view URL], and then uses the sender to send fast.
