Adding MFC CFileDialog - simple

This is a personal program - a small console app written in C++ that needs a very simple MFC file open dialog (CFileDialog) added to it. Looking for help since I haven't done windows programming before, couldn't find a fast answer, and just need a quick solution. The program processes certain html files and creates specialized delimited files.

There's another spot in the program where I'd like to add a function added to read the date from the file itself and put it into a string in this format "5/12/2005"

That's it.

I'd like any added coding to be thoroughly commented so that I can learn from it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All work added to be commented extensively.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
