Add-on For MSN Messenger 5.0

I need to create a plug-in or add-on for MSN Messenger 4.7 & 5.0. It is not sufficient for this to be done in 4.7, I need 5.0 support. I would like to find someone who will create an add-on which will: 1. Allow me to pre-process the list of contacts and change the name of the contacts displayed 2. Add a menu option to the context menu for a contact 3. Add a button to the toolbar at the bottom of MSN Messenger (as seen in MSN Plus!) The solution should be developed in c++ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 98, ME, XP, 2000 MSN 4.7 & 5.0
