Desktop Flash Video Player

Hello, for advanced flash programmers only! Make sure you send me a demo to make sure you can handle the job! I need a flash player application, that plays swf or flv files on the windows desktop. This is for a video training series so it's not a player for users to load their own videos with. I want the player to play a list of like 20 swf/flv videos. I need the player to show/hide this list when hovering over a certain area. People can choose from this list and then the titel will be played. You can use xml for that if you want so we can have the titles outside of the player. I also need control (play, stop, pause, fast forward, next video, previos video) and scrub bar with time indication and loudnes settings. I have attached a picture of what the navigational part should look like. I want the player to play videos in a window of 1024x768. The videos are 1024x600 in size. The player must work in fullscreen mode when users have that resolution or at least it must be centered.
