Amazon SNS for SMTP Bounces and Complaints

We are sending emails with an Amazon SMTP. Amazon has tools (part of the SNS suite) for managing bounces and complaints. We have already set things up on Amazon, but now I need someone to help send these bounces and complaints to a PHP script where we can update our database. I will write the PHP logic and all of the SQL, so the scope is very small: 1. Make sure Amazon is sending bounces and complaints to the scripts on our server 2. Parse out the email address and type (bounce or complaint) into PHP variables With knowledge of the AWS this should be fairly simple. Thanks!
