complete pending website(asp.net 2.0 strictly with c#)

I need to get a website completed which is a kind of mini content management system as there is only one user(admin) who will provide the content. The site already has a database based menu system. It requires a left navigation bar with unliited category and sub category where each one has it's own content and paging system. Most of the admin work for content management(rich text editor for content), creating menu etc is done. he design of the site needs a bit alteration and completeion of 3-4 pages. Coder wil have to code from where previous coder has left, so must be able to continue from there. Site is strictly css, xhtml validated and to be strictly coded in asp.net framework 2.0 only. I am open for discussion and you can bid after having a look at the existing work that has been accomplished. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
