automatic article creation(repost)

This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing.

This bid can be a two part design and is open to all fair suggestions.

The software program needs to automatically create articles after adding some topic specific keywords and be able to rewrite an existing article so that the final product looks like it is a brand new article. (php? to make it dynamic)

The software must also be able to redo the same article multiple times and every time the result should be a brand new article. The software should work with various topics from aeronautics, health to wine, in other words the software can not be topic related.

Ideally the software should have a spellchecker incorporated, as well as a word count.

The program should work on Windows and MAC computers.

The program must be easy, so that an absolute beginner as well as an advaced person can operate it.

The final product must be 100% ours, we need to own all copyrights.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a)software program needs to automatically create articles after adding some topic specific keywords

b)needs to be able to rewrite an existing article so that the final product looks like it is a brand new article

c)software must also be able to redo the same article multiple times and every time the result should be a brand new article (for spiders)

d)software should have a spellchecker incorporated, as well as a word count

e) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
