Display a html file within a ASP page

I have a small html file, which is created by Microsoft Word. The html file together with its directory is attached as the [login to view URL] file. I want to display the content of this html file inside an ASP page. This is a prototype to see whether the concept works. You can just deliver a brand new ASP page, with a simple header and footer. You must be fluent in Spanish as some contents will contain Spanish written materials. In your bid, you must specify how you are going to achieve this, such as using IFRAME or DIV tag or .... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform microsoft ASP or .NET ASP, or ASP.NET SQL server preferred, but ACCESS is also acceptable.
