Service Provider wants to develop remote desktop software which can be accessed by N-numbers of clients via web.. Service Provider will host backup data of clients on colocation facility… if any time client’s system breaks down, client should be able to access the backup data from colocation via web using this remote desktop software. Client will also be accessing application and data from collocation facility… remote desktop should be able to give access to client using user name and pass. It shouldn’t require any software installation at collocation facility purely web based, which is preferably as well as client doesn’t have to download any software at other end to use this web based software… Remote desktop should keep different client’s account different, so from same web address, N-numbers of clients get access to their data only by username and pass… it should be firewall enable access. (not firewall disable access) Hierarchy of Access 1. Simple user name and pass (which can be company’s name and generic pass) 2. Individual company’s employee user name and pass ( it should be in hierarchy level, where there is administer rights, supervisor rights, user rights to choose for each employees of company.) Features Client should be able to print data on to his local computer, download data to local computer, execute files and run applications on colocation facility. Should be able to upload data to that server if it requires.
