Design Maintain

I'd like to have a web design / developer the first possible. He must work on old design of a website of 60 pages or new website. ( I'll decide ) The article are already written. The article are 90. The designer/maintainer must work every day to add the pages with the right banner ( a every day ) The website is done in html. The website is about online game. To create this website I think that it is neccesary about 60 hours to months ( I want that you work almost 2 hours form Monday to friday ). ( I'd like to have web design that have a cost of 1 $ / hour )[ If web designer is good,the price can increase and the hours ] The web design'll work with me and with a writer. I'll pay with escrow payment. The projects is work almost to work every day to update 90 articles in a months. Please No student but only serious people. If you know php is good.
