This portal will include user registration, payments through credit card, SMS alert system and two types of auction (customized and classic). To partecipate, user needs to pay, so there will be an user account and we have to take care of payments through credit card (please specify how you intend to do this). In case an user wins an auction, he could choose to be advised by SMS (phone number will be one of the fields to be entered during registration). Important: when an user wins an auction and the price is taken from his account, part of that money should be sent to a bank account and another part to another (different) bank account? Is this even possible? I need also a simple newsletter so that new auction advices? are sent by e-mail to registered users. Please consider SEO techniques.
