Crystal Reports V10/ASP/Win 2003 Server Error

We have an ASP application running in IIS6 and using Crystal reports V10 to create a Crystal/PDF report and the line of code which is failing is:
Set Session("oApp") = [url removed, login to view]("[url removed, login to view]")
**Error**
006~ASP 0177~[url removed, login to view] Failed~8000401aError Occurred Creating Report Object: Object required
What is confusing is that it was working fine on 14/Aug/2006 and then on the 15th we started having the issue.
I have checked the registry for the object, [url removed, login to view] and this references a file [url removed, login to view] which does exist in the folder.
