Conversion Project, Take PHP Applications and deliver a .NET solution, fully functional

PLEASE ONLY BID IF TOTALLY PROFICIENT IN .NET, AND HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF PHP Hello, I have a legacy PHP application that I would like converted over to ASP.NET with either a VB.NET or C# backend. The coder can use the migration assistant available from Microsoft to assist them in this process. I will need the deliverables to be fully functional, and ready for demonstration. The PHP application is basically a live support application, with operations console etc. The code is fairly standard, most experienced programmers will find it really easy to work with. The code is ALL commented, so there will be no confusion, and when I mean commented, the programmers of it were very, very through. I know very little PHP, and find this easy to read. It is hard to say how many files that there are, but the folder that holds all of the PHP files is 1.37 meg. That should give you a general idea of the size of the project. All of the functionality of the original program MUST remain intact. In general, this is just a conversion. I will give the winning coder access to a server behind a datacenter and OC3 line in order to test the application. In your bid, please explain your approach. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
