Conversion of ASP Code into .NET (both VB.NET and C#)

Work description: This project involves the conversion of few (around 6-8) ASP pages into .NET. We would need 2 versions : 1. VB.NET 2. C# version of these ASP Pages. The project involves MS SQL Server's default database - Northwind. Alongwith the conversion, we also need a documentation of the code in the template present in the .zip file. Basically, you just need to copy paste your code in this template and make minor changes, wherever required. The code should be very neat, formatted and well structured, as this will go in our documentation of the product. It shouldn't take more than max 4-5 hours to do all of this. If you could host the code on your server for us to see, before finalizing, that would be an added advantage. If you've any doubts on code patters, you can look at our existing .NET blueprint applications at <[login to view URL]> (VB.NET Version) <[login to view URL]> (C# Version) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
