Coder for ASP Website

Seeking professional ASP designer/developer to create or change existing freight calculation code in shopping cart on ASP website. Link will be provided to bidders. a) *Enable overseas purchases*. We want the calculation to incorporate purchases from selected international countries in addition to domestic. We want a postage rate database created which lists the Australian states and key international countries Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United [login to view URL] database should contain fields titled **Less than 250g**, **250-500g**, **500g-1000g**, **1001-2000g**, **2001-3000g**; and have ability for rates to be inserted and edited for each country and state in the admin panel. In **Shipping Calculator** area insert title **Within Australia** above the drop down box. Create another drop down box listing above overseas countries, titled **International**. b) *Change postage calculation.*Currently the calculation uses information from shopping cart (nbr items, product net weight, large or small size), adds a tin weight to each item (to calc gross weight) and multiplies it with applicable postage rate. We want the tin weight removed from the calculation to allow non-tin items and for it to draw information from the shopping cart and product and postage rate databases. Create a **Gross Weight** field in the product database so each product has a gross weight (for freight calculation) and a net weight (which is shown on the site). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
