Cleanup Membership Site

We need someone to clean up and make work a five to eight page website with forms. We need the post of forms to be secure from hackers and the usual. There are a couple of additional page clean up areas for display and linking to be done. Once this is completed we will need a follow on effort to clean up a membership system with members-only website, forum and blog? access. This will require Wordpress coding and access. The overall website will have public access to gain new members and a protected set of web pages for member-only access, downloads, forum and blog access. We will want to integrate this and make it appear as seamless as possible. There is future improvement work available within the next 6 months as well.
