Build a Customer Management System onto Blog for Client login/files

I have a Hosted Wordpress blog that needs to integrate a CMS system to it.
We are an SEO company, link building and traffic company.
Here is the model to follow:

We'll need a registration system on our blog, that people will come to and join us first.
A customer must register first before they are to pay for our services.
Winner will get my blog site, as I want to keep it private.
Once we have registration, we want user to buy services and have those services integrated into our shopping cart, which we use 1shopping cart for all our services.
We don't have to keep using 1shoppingcart, we can easy integrate with our [url removed, login to view] panel if that is a better way to do things.
But what I need to be able to do is be able to put files from our clients into this CMS, so when client logs in to see results of our work, they can just download it.
Here is the sample for how it would look:

So, as a programmer, putting this on a Wordpress Blog, can we do this? Can you make it work and integrate with all our shopping system?
