hi, for this project i want to take a more exclusive approach as it is hard to select a coder by a bid without taste of style and code. i have a webbased project which was on hold for almost 6 years and i want to catch up and finish this. Before you can win this bid you have to convince me by designing a new mockup/layout for the website which I will give you access to. The purpose of this new mockup/layout is that the site needs to come alive. It could cost you quite some time but i will leave this bid open for at least 30 days. There is a general layout needed for the website for visitors and a GUI for members. I need most if not all the functions which are available for members. To give you an impression of the functions: current:messaging system simple looking needs: better presentation preferred comparible to exchange owa 2003 current:chat system using atl and ocx needs: better i could tell you a lot but once you have accessed the site you will see and experience all features. To begin this journey the 1st thing I need is your name. kind regards, V ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
