ASP coder for new frontend and e-commerce integration(repost)

I have a development site that requires some additonal work before it can go live. The admin is fully functional but the frontend design hasn't yet been completed (although a basis is already in place). What I require is a totally new frontend for my football/soccer stats, based on a MSSQL database that works already with a huge amount of data, but at the same time I wish to further enhance with the addition of an e-commerce solution. (possibly ProductCart) The coder would therefore be respondable for a new design (based on my suggestions), the coding of the frontend and the integration of a e-commerce solution for selling from a hugh product database.
