Users build custom energy bars from ingredients available on the website. There are also a number of "favorite recipes" that may be very similar to a recipe being designed by a user. When this occurs, we'd like to be able to offer this user a visual example of a "similar bar" that they could buy at a discounted price. Here's a quick flow diagram of what occurs: User Adds Ingredients ? website checks favorite recipes for similar bars ? DHTML popup shows the user options for discounted bars closest to their own We'd like you to demonstrate this functionality on a prototype "test page". This test page should provide a simulation of what might occur on the actual website. At its most basic, the page allows a tester to: 1) Select from available ingredients (you can access these in the DataSources folder of the Class Library) 2) Click a test hyperlink that runs an AJAX request to check for similar bars 3) Display similar bar(s) in a compelling way when the AJAX request returns results (this would be a clickable link on the site, but just displaying a nicely styled callout bubble should do the trick for this sample project) a.
